SYMPTOM:
After exporting a report from Strategy Web to Excel in plain text, only the report name and "()" is seen on the spreadsheet as shown in the image below. Exporting to CSV and exporting to Text produces the same symptom.
CAUSE:
The TCP/IP flow between the Strategy Web Server machines and the users' client machine has been restricted by a firewall setting.
ACTION:
Allow TCP/IP flow in the firewall setting that maps the Strategy Web Server machine to the Strategy Web users' client machine.
