In Report Services a user can determine whether or not a document section with no content is displayed, regardless of the 'Can Shrink' property settings.
In Report Services a user can determine whether or not a document section with no content is displayed, regardless of the 'Can Shrink' property settings.
To hide entire sections of a Strategy Report Services document complete the following steps:
Select the section you want to hide on the Strategy Report Services document.
In the Property List Window, set the 'Hide if empty' value to 'True.' This should be set to 'True' by default as shown in the image below:
Execute the document.
The document section is hidden if it has no content(s).
