SYMPTOM:
"The Proposed answer to a prompt question failed validation requests" error message is received when browsing the Reports folder in Strategy Developer 2021.
 
CAUSE:
This error is caused due to corrupted server object caches.
 
ACTION:
Purge the object caches at the project level in Project Configuration by completing the following steps:
 

• Right-Click on the Project and Choose "Project Configuration"
• Choose "Caching," and select "Objects"
• Click "Purge Now" as shown in the image below to purge the object caches:
