SYMPTOM:
Any user trying to execute a report in Strategy Web receives the following error:
mstrDialogImpl is undefined
The report does not bring back any result.
CAUSE:
A possible reason for this error is that a Proxy Server has been configured in a way that prevents the reports from being displayed.
ACTION:
Review Proxy configuration. Try disabling the caching for the particular URL involved if this is not already the case.
