When using MicroStrategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x to execute or view SQL for an upgraded report, the following error occurs: "Error: Object with ID xxx and type 10 (Prompt) is not found in the metadata. It may have been deleted."

SYMPTOM:
When using Strategy Developer 9.4.1 and 10.x to execute or view SQL for an upgraded report, the following error occurs:

Error: Object with ID xxx and type 10 (Prompt) is not found in the metadata. It may have been deleted.

 

CAUSE:
This error is caused by an inconsistency in the metadata.
 
ACTION:
Run the latest version of Scan MD to resolve this issue.
