In a Strategy 10.x environment where the Intelligence Servers are clustered, in order for caches to be accessed from all nodes, the account which Strategy Intelligence Server is running under will need 'Full Control' access on the cache and inbox locations on all nodes of a cluster.
Assigning full control varies with the Strategy Intelligence Server operating system. Contact the Network Administrator about assigning full control for this user on shared folders for cache on other nodes.
