SYMPTOM:
When trying to install Strategy Office 9.x, the installation routine hangs. The Install.log ends abruptly like the following example:
Created the core Strategy registry entries
Created program folder Strategy
Beginning data transfer...
CAUSE:
A possible cause for this is that the Microsoft .NET Framework has not been installed properly.
ACTION:
Install the Microsoft .NET Framework first and then try to install Strategy Office again.
