KB12934: When sending a Dynamic Subscription service email to file, the error ‘Error transmitting to recipient [XXXX] - 0:All documents were cancelled. This Broadcast is empty, and is cancelled’ occurs in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server 9.x - 10.x

• Strategy

When a user is sending an email to file via a Dynamic Subscription service in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server 9.x - 10.x, the following error appears in the DELogs: "Error transmitting to recipient - 0:All documents were cancelled. This Broadcast is empty, and is cancelled."

SYMPTOM:
When a user is sending an email to file via a Dynamic Subscription service in Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.x - 10.x, the following error appears in the DELogs:


Error transmitting to recipient - 0:All documents were cancelled. This Broadcast is empty, and is cancelled.

CAUSE:
The user has an invalid Transmission Property set in their ISM definition or their result set for the Transmission Properties attribute in the Dynamic Subscription Report on Strategy Intelligence Server.

ACTION:
Set the Transmission Property in the ISM definition (or the report result set) to use a valid Transmission Property, as shown below:
