SYMPTOM:
After installing the Strategy 9.x or newer product suite, users open Strategy Developer and do not see the projects under the project source. The projects are not displayed even when these are shown as loaded in Project Monitor.
Strategy Analyst, Developer, and Architect components are not included under Strategy Developer Products when modifying Strategy through Add/Remove Programs. The image shown below displays what the Strategy Developer Products section should look like:
CAUSE:
This issue occurs due to the installation of Strategy Developer 9.x or newer with an insufficient License Key. If there are no Developer licenses, Developer cannot be used.
ACTION:
In order to see the projects under the project source, Strategy Developer must be installed with a key that contains Strategy Developer Analyst, Developer, and Architect licenses.
