KB13093: How to hide the ‘My Subscriptions’ link from Web users in MicroStrategy Web 9.x

Administrators have the ability to hide the 'My Subscriptions' link from Web users in Strategy Web 9.x, shown below:
 

 
To hide this link, follow the steps below:
 

• Edit the Web user and go to Project Access tab.
• Under Web Reporter, uncheck the privilege 'Web Scheduled Reports' and save the changes, as shown below:
  

• Now log into Strategy Web 8.x as the user and the 'My Subscriptions' link will be removed, as shown below:
