When creating a new report in Strategy Web, the default view forces the user to scroll to the next page to see all of the metrics, as shown in the image below:
This is a Preference setting. To change this, log into Strategy Web and go to Preferences -> Project Defaults -> Genera l-> Incremental Fetch and change the 'Maximum number of report objects per block' option to the appropriate number, as shown below:
Save the changes and now you all the metrics will appear on one page.
