KB14383: List of error codes which will trigger Service execution but will not return an Execution ID via the MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server SDK 9.0.x

When using the ExecuteService Strategy Narrowcast Server SDK 9.0.API call, it must be noted that the following are the scenarios in which a service will be triggered without a corresponding Execution ID. Notice that the following are not encountered when the Strategy Narrowcast Server 8.0.x system installation is a fully registered, in-compliance, activated system:
 

1. Scenario 1:
   Error code: 0x00000670 (System out of compliance)
    
   Error message:
    
   The computers which are configured to be part of the Strategy Narrowcast Server cluster are using n CPUs but the license only allows the cluster to use m CPUs. Some of the EEs have been set to idle in order to prevent the system from exceeding the maximum number of CPUs allowed by the license. To correct this situation you can remove computers from the cluster or you can decrease the number of CPUs used by one or several computers. To enable this cluster to use more CPUs please contact Strategy to upgrade your license.
   
2. Scenario 2:
   Error code: 0x00000B29 (Installation not active and not expired)
    
   Error message:
    
   Strategy's server products require activation within 30 calendar days of installation. At least one server product has not yet been activated after installation and/or upgrade. These product(s) will remain functional for another n days after which they will not restart. Please activate these products using License Manager or visit the activation web site at ....
   
3. Scenario 3:
   Error code: 0x00000B30 (Installation not active and expired)
    
   Error message:
    
   Strategy's server products require activation within 30 calendar days of installation. At least one server product has not yet been activated after installation and/or upgrade and it will not start up next time it is restarted. Please activate these products using License Manager or visit the activation web site at ....
   
4. Scenario 4:
   Error code: 0x00000B31 (Evaluation installation not expired)
    
   Error message:
    
   You have n days remaining in your Evaluation Period. To learn more, please visit http://www.Strategy.com
   
5. Scenario 5:
   Error code: 0x00000B32 (Evaluation installation expired)
    
   Error message:
    
   Your evaluation license has expired. Please contact Strategy at info@Strategy.com to extend your evaluation period.
