In Microstrategy Office 10.x, reports are refreshed in the order as when they are added corresponding to other reports. This default behavior can be changed manually to allow user to determine the refresh orders

SUMMARY:
In Strategy Office 10.x, reports are refreshed in the order as when they are added corresponding to other reports. This default behavior can be changed manually to allow user to determine the refresh orders.
ACTION:

For example, a user may want to change the default refresh order of the reports in Strategy Office 8.x when there are multiple reports stacked in one Microsoft Excel worksheet, as shown in the image below. Because the column width is determined and resized by the last refreshed report in the worksheet, by default, the bottom report refreshes last and causes the top report's column width to change, as shown below:

In this example, the user can change the refresh order to ensure the last refreshed report is the one on top with the widest column width. To do so, click on 'Report' to get the list of reports in the workbook, and then right-click on the report to go to properties, as shown below:

Find the report property named 'Rank' (by default, the value is zero), and change the rank to a higher number to ensure it will be refreshed last (in this example, change the top report's rank to 2), as shown below:

Now when refreshing the workbook, notice the bottom report is refreshed first and the top report is refreshed second, as shown below:
