SYMPTOM:
When a user tries to execute a Report Services document in Strategy Developer, the 'Design view' button is grayed out and the 'Run' option is not available when right-clicking on the document, as shown below:
CAUSE:
The user is working in a 2-tier environment.
ACTION:
Access the project using a 3-tier connection to enable this functionality.
