KB15236: 'ORA-08103: Object no longer exists' error message appears when running a long report in MicroStrategy Developer 2021 against an Oracle database

SYMPTOM:
When executing a report in Strategy Developer 2021, users encounter an error message containing the following string:
     ORA-08103: Object no longer exists
 
Below is an example of one of these error messages as seen in the Strategy Developer 2021 interface:

CAUSE:
This exact cause of the error may be ascertained from Oracle.
 
ACTION:
According to Oracle, one scenario where the ORA-08103 error can occur is if the parameter 'star_transformation_enabled' is set to 'True'. Per Oracle, this parameter should be set to "False' to resolve this error. Contact the DBA or Oracle Technical Support for more information on this parameter or how to change it.
ORA-08103 may result in other situations, so it is best to contact the DBA or Oracle Technical Support for additional troubleshooting.
