SYMPTOM
When trying to duplicate a project into another project source in Strategy Developer 9.4.1/10.x, the following error appears:

Project Duplication is not supported since the source metadata needs an upgrade first.

CAUSE
This issue occurs when the source metadata is in a different version from the destination. Project duplication cannot be performed if the source and destination versions don't match.

ACTION
Upgrade the source metadata to the same version as the destination and then do the project duplication.
