KB15595: 'Error in save as – You do not have sufficient permission to access the resource you requested. If the problem persists, please contact the MicroStrategy Server Administrator' error occurs using MicroStrategy Web

SYMPTOM:
When trying to save a report in Strategy Web 9.4.x-10.x to the My Reports folder, the following error occurs:

Error in save as
You do not have sufficient permission to access the resource you requested. If the problem persists, please contact the Strategy Server Administrator.

1. Create web user A.
2. Create web user B.
3. Create any type of report for user A and save the report to their 'My Reports' folder. Give the report 'View' privileges for user B.
4. Log into Strategy Web 9.4.x-10.x as user B and search for the report saved in user A's My Reports folder.
5. Go to File > Save As.
6. User B receives the following error:
   "Error in save as - You do not have sufficient permission to access the resource you requested. If the problem persists, please contact the Strategy Server Administrator."
   
7. However, user B is still able to save the report.

CAUSE:
User B does not have proper security privileges set for user A's My Reports folder.
 
ACTION:
Grant user B at least 'View' privileges on user A's My Reports folder.
