SYMPTOM:A user has a prompted page-by report that has been executed in MicroStrategy Web 9.x. The user runs the report and answers the prompts. Now the user wants to create an email subscription for this report. To do this, the user selects Home > Subscribe to > E-mail. The user selects for the report to be delivered to Microsoft Excel, to 'Expand page-by fields' and 'Place each page on a separate sheet', as shown below:

Later on the user decides to create another subscription for this same report, but instead clicks on the 'Subscriptions' link underneath the name of the report while browsing in the folder. When doing so, the user notices that the option to select to 'Expand page-by fields' and 'Place each page on a separate sheet' are not displayed, as shown below:

CAUSE:This is working as designed in MicroStrategy Web 9.x. Without first running the report when creating a subscription for a prompted page-by report, these options are not displayed.
ACTION:There exists an enhancement request so that the options will also be displayed when the user creates the subscription by clicking on the 'Subscriptions' link underneath the name of the report while browsing in the folder.
