UnexpectedError: Automation error %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

The Event Viewer displays the following error when attempting to run Strategy Narrowcast Server services or when attempting to start or stop the system:

ka04W000000OhiqQAC_0EM440000002BVd.jpeg

"Unable to start a DCOM Server: {1E171321-E232-4D54-9661-9D67F5F66777}. The error:
'C:\Program Files\MicroStrategy\Narrowcast Server\Delivery Engine\ServiceLoader.exe -Embedding is not a valid Win32 application.'
Happened while starting this command: C:\Program Files\MicroStrategy\Narrowcast Server\Delivery Engine\ServiceLoader.exe -Embedding"

CAUSE:
A file or folder named 'Program' exists in the same folder as the Program Files directory on the machine containing the Strategy installation.  Because it exists within the Strategy installation path, this object interrupts any reference to ServiceLoader.exe, as illustrated below:

ACTION:
Rename or remove the file named Program that exists in the same folder as the Program Files directory on the machine containing the Strategy installation.
