KB16220: How to determine the maximum number of users a license key grants

The following provides steps for how to determine the total number of licensed users a license key grants a customer:
 

• Open License Manager on the Strategy Intelligence Server 10.x machine and click the Audit tab.
• Select the Everyone group.
• Click the Audit button and then click Report, as shown below:
  

• Save the Audit report.
• Open the Audit report and look for 'Intelligence Server Details (Local Installation)', as shown below:
  

The number of Named Users is the total allowed with the license key installed on that particular Strategy Intelligence Server 10.x.
 
NOTE: This will not show up if the Audit is run from a machine that does not have the Strategy Intelligence Server 8.x component installed.
