SYMPTOM:
The history list messages are deleted consistently after a set amount of days (e.g. 2 days) sooner than the specified message lifetime in the History settings of the Strategy Intelligence Server 8.x Configuration, as shown below:
CAUSE:
There is an administration task scheduled to delete the history list messages after a certain amount of days. This administration task takes precedence over the specified message lifetime, as shown below:
ACTION:
In order for the specified message lifetime to take precedence, delete the associated administration task that currently deletes the history list messages after a certain amount of days sooner than the message lifetime specified on the project source settings.
