SYMPTOM:
Services run but the resulting email is sent without attachments containing reports or Report Services Documents when the content document is not cached.
DocumentDataPreparationTask: not all dataset reports are complete.
CAUSE:One possible cause of this issue is that the number of jobs on the Strategy Intelligence Server is exceeding the governing settings for the user. Jobs cancelled on the Strategy Intelligence Server due to these settings prevent the parent job from completing and thus returning to the Narrowcast Server for deployment.
ACTION:Change the Job Governing settings for the project to increase the number of jobs that can be submitted by a single user. Strategy Narrowcast Services submit jobs from the account specified in the Information Source Module.
