This document explains what are the VLDB properties at the Project level in Microstrategy 9.4.x-10.x and where they are located
Right-click on the project whose VLDB Properties you wish to view or change, select Project Configuration --> Advanced --> Configure the Analytical Engine Settings and then click on the Configure button.
You should see the following dialog box:
Once you press the 'Configure' button, you should see the options 'Analytical Engine' and 'MDX'.
