After changing the password for the user account used by MicroStrategy Enterprise Manager 9.x database, the following places need to have the password updated:

After changing the password for the user account used by Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.x database, the following places need to have the password updated:
 

  • The database login object used by the database instance specificed as the Statistics database instance; set at the project level, as shown below:

  • The database login object used by the database instances specified as the warehouse database instance for the Strategy Enterprise Manager project, as shown below:
ka04W000000OhOAQA0_0EM440000002BMh.jpeg
  • The DSN connection to Strategy Enterprise Manager warehouse, on the Strategy Enterprise Manager console (Tools > Options > DSN), as shown below:
