SYMPTOM:
While configuring an information source module in Strategy Narrowcast Server 10.x, the following error occurs:
Failed to access Server due to error: Incorrect login/password
CAUSE:
An incorrect login and/or password combination has been used as the default authentication object.
The default authentication object is the user account which will log into the Strategy Intelligence Server when executing a service in order to run the necessary reports or documents. The default authentication user will only be used if there are no other authentication objects defined.
ACTION:
To resolve this issue, enter the correct user credentials for the Strategy Intelligence Server.
