This customization hides the print and export icons, effectively disabling this functionality for all users when viewing Report Services documents in Flash mode in Strategy Web 8.1.x.
To do so, familiarize with the following Strategy Developer Library (MSDL) document this explains best practices to carry out this customization:

This example makes use of Strategy's Web features to check for the document execution mode.

The web feature used here is rw-flash-view-mode. This web feature returns true when the Report Services document is viewed in Flash mode. Because this example should show the shortcuts when NOT in Flash mode, it uses the ! sign in front the web feature.
For this customization, users need to modify rwStandardToolbar.xml found under Web ASPx\WEB-INF\xml\config.
For the Print and Export shortcuts, add the above web feature so the shortcuts are only displayed when not in Flash mode
