‘Object with ID ‘XXXXXX’ and type 55 (Document Definition) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted’ error occurs when running a script to list all schedule relations for a project in MicroStrategy Command Manager.

Symptom

When any user runs a script to list all the schedule relations for a project, the following error is given in Strategy Command Manager:

ka04W000000OcR9QAK_0EM440000002BID.jpeg

'Object with ID 'XXXXXX' and type 55 (Document Definition) is not found in metadata. It may have been deleted'

Cause

This issue is caused by a metadata inconsistency of lingering references to Report Services documents and reports that no longer exist.

Action
The user needs to run the Strategy ScanMD tool in 'Fix' mode against the project(s) in the metadata that throw(s) the error to remove the inconsistencies. Once this action is performed, the script will run successfully and the list of schedule relations for the project will be displayed in Strategy Command Manager 2019. For more information on how to use the Strategy ScanMD tool, refer to the following Strategy Knowledge Base technical note:
