SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Narrowcast Server, the user experiences delay when launching the Strategy Narrowcast Server Administrator console with no system registered. The delay can take up to two minutes.
CAUSE:
One of the causes is that the Strategy Logging Client (MLC) service is not started. The Strategy Logging Client service component is responsible to relay the logging message to Strategy Logging Server.
ACTION:
The user needs to make sure the Strategy Logging Client is always on and set Start-up type to 'Automatic' as shown below:
