If the Strategy administrator desires to run a test while no users log in, no users are able to submit new jobs, create new objects, etc., The administrator may follow the these steps to disable or lock all user accounts. Users who are currently logged in will not have their sessions terminated nor will jobs that are already running be killed.

  • Connect to the project source for which to disable all user accounts using an account that has privileges to use User Manager.
  • Expand User Manager and click on the Everyone group.
  • Click on one user in the right-hand pane, and from the Edit menu, select Select All or press Ctrl+A.
  • While holding down the Ctrl key, click on the Administrator user to deselect that user. (It is impossible to disable the Administrator account.)
