SYMPTOM:
Services in Strategy Narrowcast Server 9.x - 10.x do not finish execution successfully and the following error is seen in the DELog files:
ServiceID ExecutionID SegmentID Information Source ID received results for Information Object with error message: Maximum number of jobs per User Account exceeded when trying to submit job for user in project Id xx
Even though this governing setting is applied at the project level, it takes into account jobs across executing or waiting across all projects. For more information, refer to the following Strategy Knowledge Base technical note:

ACTION:
Increase the 'Jobs per User Account' governing setting to allow sufficient number of jobs to be submitted for the Strategy Narrowcast Server service.
