SYMPTOM:
During the setup of a 3-tier Strategy Project Merge/Comparison after specifying the rules and clicking Next, the following error message is received:
CAUSE:
This error message is given when one of the Projects involved in the Project Merge/Comparison (Source or Destination) is unloaded in the Strategy Intelligence Server.
ACTION:
To resolve this issue, ensure that both Projects used in the Project Merge/Comparison are set to a loaded on the Intelligence Server.
