KB19939: The Menu Icons in Narrowcast administration console disappears when installing Narrowcast Administrator in a Citrix environment in MicroStrategy Narrowcast Server

SYMPTOM:
After installing Strategy Narrowcast server on a Citrix environment, when users Log into the Narrowcast Administration console, they are unable to see the menu icons:

 
CAUSE:
Upon launching, Strategy Narrowcast Administrator console reads the file Agent.tb. This file stores the configuration of the Tool Bar appearing in the console. The extension 'tb' stands for toolbar. The file Agent.tb may have become corrupted.
 
ACTION:
To resolve this issue, users must execute the following steps:

1. Close the Strategy Narrowcast Administrator console.
2. Stop the Strategy Distribution Manager service.
3. Delete the file Agent.tb located in C:\Program Files\MicroStrategy\Narrowcast Server\Delivery Engine
4. Launch Strategy Narrowcast Administrator console. The file Agent.tb will be automatically re-created.
5. Start the Strategy Distribution Manager service.
