KB20015: How to modify the error message: "The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error." in MicroStrategy Web

Users may encounter the following message in Strategy Web 9.4.x: 

The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error.
 
Now an Administrator may want to customize this error message so that user that receive this message will be instructed to contact the Administrator. Therefore, to do so, all the Administrator needs to do is simply follow the steps below:
 

• Navigate to the file "MessagesBundle_en" in the Web Customization editor under Property Files > WEB-INF > classes > resources as shown below:

  Note: Incase the user's language preference is set to a language other than Default, then it will be necessary to modify the accurate file according to the language. As an example, if the user's browser is in German, then user will need to modify MessagesBundle_de as well as shown in the image below:
• Search for the strings within these files and replace their values the desired message, e.g.:
  
• mstrWeb.750=The Web Server encountered an unknown runtime error.
• mstrWeb.455=Cannot display page
• mstrWeb.456=Please contact your Administrator.
• Save and close the files.
• Restart the Web Server to see these changes take affect.
