SYMPTOM:
Auditing license is checking the old key and shows number of named users contained in the old key after updated the license key. While checking the License Manager, the new key is shown. And when user tries to re-enter it in the license manager, it says it is the same key that is already entered.
CAUSE:
A possible cause is that the mstr.bhv file is corrupted.
ACTION:
Perform a repair installation under Add/Remove Programs.
