SYMPTOM
Whenever running a network monitoring tool in Strategy Intelligence Server 9.4.1 Hotfix 3, TCP traffic on port 1443 to IP address 209.133.33.72 can be constantly observed.
CAUSE
This is a known issue with Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 3 . The TCP/IP packages observed are harmless. IP address 209.133.33.72 is the welcome screen for Strategy Usher Identity System. The constant connections to the Usher Welcome screen are meant to play a role in new features to be added in future releases of Strategy.
ACTION
As this TCP/IP traffic is not yet needed in Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 3, this issue has been fixed in Strategy 9.4.1 Hotfix 4.
