ANSWER Strategy Project Mover Wizard may be invoked in two different ways resulting in two different locations for the log file.
When running the Enterprise Manager initialization process, the Project Mover Wizard will be launched to transfer the Enterprise Manager project and warehouse. In this case, the log file will be created at C:\Program Files (x86)\Strategy\Enterprise Manager\EMProjectMover.log
When running the Project Mover Wizard separately through the Start Menu shortcut or by running the DEMOMOVER.exe executable, the log file will be created at C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Strategy\ProjectMover.log.
