Grid Headers Do Not Word Wrap in Express Mode when Headers are Locked in Web 9.x

SUMMARY:
This technote describes a defect where word wrapping does not apply to documents in Express mode.  Word wrap will work fine in any mode (Editable, Interactive, Flash) except for Express.
 
SYMPTOM:
This defect applies to any version of web 9.x.  If either the row or column header is locked, then the headers will all stay on the same line and get cut off.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. Create a document with long attribute names and elements.
2. Make sure to lock column headers and rows in Document Properties.
3. Execute the document in Express mode.  Note the names get cut off.
4. Execute the document in any other mode.  This is expected behavior.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been addressed in Strategy Enterprise 10. Please upgrade to take advantage of the fix..
 
WORKAROUND:
1. Unlock both row and column headers.
2. Run the document in another mode other than Express.
