Users receive the following error message when attempting to log into Strategy Web:
Server Error in '/Strategy' Application.
Request timed out.

CAUSE:
There are several reasons for this error message.
One reason could be that Strategy has been defined with Database authentication and the password for the Database login assigned to the Strategy user has expired.
ACTION:
Ensure that the database password is not expired.
An enhancement has been logged with Strategy to display a more descriptive message.
