KB205294:Grid border line is strange in Express mode when configured with "Color and Lines" and "Resize Columns and Rows" as column width zero to hide the specific column in Web 9.3.1

SYMPTOM:
The display of the grid border line in a Report Services Document in Strategy Web 9.3.1 is strange when configured with "Color and Lines" and "Resize Columns and Rows" as column width zero to hide the specific column in Web 9.3.1.
This is an Internet Explorer issue which occurs in Express mode, Interactive mode and Editable mode.There is no issue in Flash mode.
 
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a report with Category,Subcategory,Item and some metrics.
• Create a dashboard (Report Services documents) as below:
  

• Go to editable mode.
• Right-mouse-click on the grid header and select "Properties and Formatting".
• Go to Format -> Colors and Lines, and configure to change "Color and Lines" as below:
  

• Right-mouse-click on the grid header again and select "Resize Columns and Rows".
• Configure "Subcategory" to change the column width to 0 (zero) as below:
  

• It seems no problem once:
  

• However, when switching to Express mode, the issue happens.
  

CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Web 9.3.1.
 
ACTION:
This issue has been fixed in Strategy Web 9.5.1.  Upgrade to take advantage of the fix.
