SYMPTOM:
When inserting a new Percent to Total metric in Strategy Developer 9.x and 10.x as shown below:
The resulting derived metric displays as a fixed number instead of a percentage:
CAUSE:
One possible cause for this issue is that the number formatting for all metric values is set to fixed.
ACTION:
Make sure that the All Metrics Values formatting is set to default:
