Failed to start service
Error Code: 8
Error Message:: CreateThread failed
System Error 0x00000008 (8): Not enough storage is available to process this command.
CAUSE:
This error occurs because the Strategy Intelligence Server process has run out memory during the startup process.

One possible cause of this issue is that one or more of the projects loaded at startup is trying to load very large cache files. This as been known to cause the Strategy Intelligence Server 8.x process to run out of resources attempting to load all of the caches.
