Web User preference "Folder browsing" is missing in MicroStrategy Command Manager 9.4.x and 10.x

SYMPTOM:
In Strategy Command Manager 9.4.x, there are outlines for Web preferences.
However, the user preferences under "Folder browsing" are missing as seen below:

CAUSE:
This is a known issue with Strategy Command Manager 9.4.x.
ACTION:
Contact Strategy Technical Support for an update on the status.
