SYMPTOM:
Even when a search returns results, the 'Export To Text' option is grayed out under the Tools menu.
CAUSE:
One cause for this issue could be that Strategy Developer Analyst product is not installed on that specific client machine.
ACTION:
If the Strategy Developer Analyst component is not installed on the local machine, perform a 'Modify' installation of Strategy and add the Strategy Developer Analyst component.
