SYMPTOM:
The administrator is unable to rename a project in Strategy Developer 9.x-10.x, the option to rename the project is grayed out.
CAUSE:
The administrator has not opened the project. Users are unable to rename a project unless that have expanded or opened the project they want to rename.
ACTION:
Double-click the project name to open it. The option to rename the project should become available.
