KB20797: Users are unable to access the Warehouse Catalog without having “Bypass schema object access security check" privilege in Architect group in MicroStrategy Developer 9.x

SYMPTOM:
Users without the "Bypass schema object access security check" privilege in the Architect group in Strategy Developer 9.x as shown below:
 

 
Those users are unable to select the Warehouse Catalog option in the schema menu and it appears as greyed out:
 

 
CAUSE:
This is a known issue in Strategy Developer 9.x  
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
