SYMPTOM:
The results of the out-of-the-box Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.x project report, "101. Recently Completed Jobs", does not display some of the report names:
CAUSE:
This out-of-the-box report is actually based off of the view RT_IS_JOB_MONITOR. This view uses the column IS_REP_NAME from table IS_REP, in the Strategy Enterprise Manager 9.x warehouse, to retrieve the report name. However, other job information is pulled directly from some of the statistics tables.
This issue occurs only for reports which were created and run after the last data load. During a data load the table IS_REP is populated with the report name, which in turn causes it to appear in the view RT_IS_JOB_MONITOR. However, if the data load has not been performed yet, the IS_REP table will not have an entry for the report name, thus returning an empty column.
ACTION:
Open the Strategy Enterprise Manager Console 9.x and run a manual data load or wait until after the next scheduled data load.
