KB209870: New Feature in MicroStrategy iOS Mobile 9.4.1 Update 4: Prevent Data Leakage

Starting with Strategy Mobile 9.4.1 Update 4 Good Dynamics application, the Good Admin can choose the level of security of the Good Dynamics app by using the Prevent Data Leakage property on the Good Control Server. 
 
The steps to toggle Prevent Data Leakage are shown below:

• In the Good Control Server, go to Policy Sets
  
• Make a copy of the Good Default Policy or modify the original.

• In the Security Policy tab, scroll down to the "Authentication Delegation" section and toggle the checkbox next to "Prevent Data Leakage".

• When enabling Prevent Data Leakage, it is limiting the ability to transfer data outside the Good ecosystem to those methods that are supported and implemented by a Good- authorized application. When Prevent Data Leakage is not enabled, the user can perform almost every out-of-the-box Strategy Mobile data transfer.
  
• Click update for the changes to take effect.
