KB211180: Pie total in a Pie graph is not recalculated in Flash mode when users change selector options in MicroStrategy Web 9.4.1 Hotfix 2 and above

SYMPTOM:
Pie total in a Pie graph is not recalculated in Flash mode when users change selector options in Strategy Web 9.4.1 Hotfix 2 and above.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

• Create a report services document with the Pie (Ring type) graph.
• Enable "Show Pie Total" for the Pie graph. 
  

• Insert an attribute selector and set the Pie graph as the target.
• Run the report services document in flash mode and change option for the selector. The total value in the Pie graph is not updated.
  

• If the report services document is executed in the other modes, the total value will be recalculated for different selections.

CAUSE:
This is a known issue of Strategy Web 9.4.1 Hotfix 2.
ACTION:
Strategy will continue to investigate and post updates as soon as they are available.
