SYMPTOM:
After distributing the moimain.dll.config file, which has the "persist report properties" option at "Strategy Office Options -> General -> Security" enabled, users may find the option disabled by default when accessing Strategy Office 9.x and 10.0 to 10.8 from client machines.
CAUSE:
The override attribute value is set to "0" in the moimain.dll.config file. This case, the client side settings will take precedence.
