SYMPTOM:
When displaying a document with a graph in Strategy Analytics Enterprise Web 9.4.1, Y axis values are not visible in Flash view mode, if there is even only one negative series value in the graph.
This issue does not happen if all series have all non-negative values, or if the document is viewed in other modes (e.g. Express or Interactive).
STEP TO REPRODUCE:
1. Within the Strategy Tutorial project, create a report with Quarter and Revenue
2. In Strategy Developer, create a new document with such a report as a dataset
3. Create a new derived metric defined as (Revenue - 3500000) and call it "Negative Revenue"
4. Create a new vertical bar graph with "Quarter" attribute and "Negative Revenue" metric
5. Right-click on the graph > Edit Graph > right-click on the graph > Grid and Scales > Axes > Y > Axis Labels. Check "Don't Show Minimum Value Label" checkbox

6. In Strategy Web, run the document in Flash view mode. No Y axis values are visible:

7. The issue does not appear with other view modes (e.g. Express):

8. Issue does not appear if all series values are non-negative. E.g. replacing "Negative Revenue" with "Revenue":
